Basic Facts & History
- Capital city of the Czech Republic
- Established by the founding of the Prague Castle in 880 by Prince Borivoj of the Premyslid Dynasty.
- Ravaged in the 15th century, with many of it's ancient artifacts ruined or destroyed, but rebuilt in the 16th century, Renaissance style.
- Becomes the capital of the Czech Republic when Czechoslovakia is split into Slovakia and the Czech Republic on January 1, 1993.
- Prague, already unstable, sustains heavy economic danage during the Eve of Twilight war.
- The assassination of the president of the Czech Republic on September 23, 2055 causes a collapse of government.
- The city is abandoned when the skies became scorched in 2065 in panic as it's inhabitants move to larger, more prosperous cities.
- The city gains a reputation as a criminal city after the end of the war in 2068, catering to assassins, prostitutes, drug lords, and warring factions, all trying to claim the desolate land as their own. The citizens who cannot afford to leave are caught inbetween.Important Landmarks
- The Chatrani: Decadent, dilapidated amphitheatre. Home to the Nightriders.
- Christos Voskrese: Gothic church built shortly before the Eve of Twilight wars. The largest church left in Prague. Heavily damaged. Home base for Priest and his gang.
- Angelus Errare: Underground point that serves as a portal to the alter-reality, Alterna.
