Rules
You must have a website. That should be obvious.
Said site must at least be viewable in Internet Explorer & Netscape. I know Netscape can be a little funky at times, I know, and I understand. All I ask is VIEWABLE. Try also to be gentle to 56k viewers. I myself am on cable, but not everyone is.
You need to have a firm grasp on web and graphic design. I don't care if you use frontpage or anything to help, because we ALL like shortcuts, I know.
You must play an instrument (your voice and body ARE instruments) and love doing it.
This isn't necessary, but in your site description, you can put what instrument(s) you play :)
Please don't put up the code until you are accepted.
This is a sort of personal ring, so please only personal sites (ie blogs, domains, personal sites, etc), no fanpages and the like.
Very little (ie: 1) or no pop-up ads. I would PREFER no freeservers, but if you can get an ad blocker for them, and you don't use a pagebuilder, etc I will take a look. If I get hit in the face with ads, no way.
I have the right to modify/change/add/etc to these rules whenever I want, and you are expected to abide by the changes. If your site blatantly breaks a rule, you may get a warning.
My friends may join regardless of these rules. Hey, life isn't fair.
